New dentist? Must-knows as a new patient
As a new patient, we recommend you to show up 10-15 minutes before your treatment. We will then get you created in our system. Furthermore, we ask you to fill out a health schedule, so we know which special considerations to take.
As a new patient, we kindly ask you to tell us, if you are nervous for anything about choosing a new dentist or being at a dentist, you are not yet familiar with. In that way we can take our time and give you a nice and comfortable experience.

Are you prevented from attending your booked appointments, please cancel no later
than 2 days prior to your appointment.
In case of illness on the of your emergency, please cancel as early in the day as possible.
No-shows and late cancellations will be charged according to current agreement.
Reimbursements
The prices on our treatments are regulated by the Health Insurance agreement. Thus,
you will always pay the same for a treatment in Jutland as well as in Copenhagen. The
State of Denmark offers reimbursements to all patients.
